FHS Graduation
Graduation for 2008 is quickly approaching. The date for graduation is Sunday, June 1st at 2 PM. The ceremony will be held in the stadium,weather permitting. If raining, the ceremony will be held in the gymnasium. All family are welcome and there is no reserve seating.
Graduates need to make sure that all fines and fees are paid, community service is completed, time is made up and credits are satisfied. Please check with your counselor and the office.
The last day for seniors is May 27th, after 5th hour. Immediately following 5th hour, graduates will meet in the stadium for the class picture. Please be sure to wear black, orange, white or a combination of the three. If you wish to wear your jersey from teams where you have participated, please see your coach. Following the class picture, the seniors will meet in the gymnasium for commencement practice. After the practice, seniors will pick up their caps and gowns in the gymnasium.
Graduation Pictures
In an effort to inform the
parents and graduates about photos at the upcoming ceremony,
Chappell Studio has developed a cool new pre-registration system
which allows you to provide your e-mail and mailing address
information to Chappell prior to the ceremony. You can also add up
to 6 family members' contact information as well to help share the
good news and the photos! Graduates can preregister their e-mail,
friends and family e mail addresses and Graduation Images will
contact them just as soon as their photos are available for online
viewing and ordering.
Chappell has been
the official photographer at graduation for a number of years and
will have available for each graduate a copy of the handshake and a
separate copy of the graduate with diploma. Click on the graphic
