Technical Support - Making Contact with the Technology Office
The technology office has established a protocol for reporting technical problems with computers, printers, and software. Please review this article (Technology Roles) for an overview of technical support responsibilities and roles.
1. Teachers and staff are asked to utilize K-12 Tracker for most technical support requests. K-12 Tracker is an on-line database that records all submitted requests.
2. If the support request is urgent, please call 472-6836. This will reach the desk of Linda Russell. If she is not at her phone, please leave a voice mail. Be specific about your problem. Linda will ensure that your request is passed onto the appropriate person.
3. If you have been asked to call Sheryl Sieren or Jason Roberts directly, please follow these directions:
- Call 472-2655
- Upon hearing the auto-attendant, press 1
- Immediately enter Jason or Sheryl's extension.

If you have a question or problem related to Campus, please contact Pat Booth at extension 6708.
4. If the needs is extremely urgent and you are unable to contact anyone at the technology office, have your building principal contact Jason Kurth via cell phone.
